Asad Razvi - President of Operations and Founder

As President and Founder, Asad is the architect of the CopyRite brand, responsible for the development and continuous refinement of the company’s culture, vision, processes and policies to better serve our clients. Asad also manages and takes full ownership of the Operations. He stays close to production until every customer expectation has been overachieved.

Asad has been involved in printing and marketing for more than 20 years, specializing in production, creative and new business development. With a few years of printing experience behind him, Asad started CopyRite in 1984 and has gone on to help grow the company by 1000%.

Throughout his career, Asad has worked with education, government, architectural and engineering, book publishers, trade and Fortune 500 companies. Asad is constantly seeking new and innovative ways to succeed in printing and direct marketing, all - first and foremost - for the benefit of his clients.

Asad graduated and received his M.B.A. from the University California, Berkeley. He enjoys fine dining, travel and spending time with his family. Asad currently resides in Danville , CA with his wife and two children.

 
Kathie Plambeck - Financial Controller

Kathie manages all accounting, financing, billing and financial metrics at CopyRite. Kathie has worked with CopyRite since 1992, however, became the Controller in 2006. Prior to coming to CopyRite, Kathie managed accounting and finances for Developers, Construction Property Management and Real Estate Companies. She recently served eight years as the Financial Controller for Cubix Construction. She has also worked at U.C. Berkeley and Self Storage in Accounting.

Her knowledge in the Construction and Real Estate business is vital in helping CopyRite grow the Reprographics Division.

Kathie currently lives in Concord , CA . She has one adult child and in her free time enjoys art and gardening.

 

 
David Quick - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, David is responsible for client account management and the development of new clients as CopyRite expands into Direct Marketing and Reprographics Services. David also brings a wealth of knowledge to CopyRite’s Trade Divison after working in this industry for over seven years.

David has more than 10 years of experience in direct marketing, printing and mailing. Prior to joining Copyrite, David was a top sales professional and marketing executive at Xerox Corporation where he developed and serviced a diverse client base in Northern California and across the globe including Fortune 500 companies. David consulted clients in sales development, direct marketing, mainframe applications, transactional and promotional, mailing and digital printing.

David graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in English. He resides in San Jose, CA with his wife and daughter.

 
Herschel Cristian - Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Herschel is primarily responsible for managing the staff, scheduling and is the lead customer contact for managing day to day operations and meeting clients requirements.

Herschel has more than 25 years experience in the Printing and Document Management Industry. Before coming to CopyRite, Herschel was a field service technician at Xerox Corporation. Prior to Xerox he worked for Memorex, Intel and NCR.

Herschel is an Air Force veteran and attended Wichita State .

Herschel currently resides in Livermore, CA with his dog, Max.

 
Guy Louie - PrePress Manager and Estimator

Guy Louie serves as CopyRite's lead PrePress Manager and Estimator. Guy brings a wealth of knowledge and has been in the printing and document management industry for almost 20 years.

After serving in the Navy for four years, Guy began his professional career in Operations at Spectrum Holobyte now known as Atari. Guy eventually was promoted to Director of Operations in the CDRom/Replication/Packaging/Software and Manuals.

Guy took his experiences at Spectrum and eventually became a partner and sales print consultant for JC Graphics. Guy has spent the last 2.5 years at CopyRite.

Guy is well known in the printing industry and clients love to work with him. He is passionate about making sure clients projects are delivered on time and is known for sending e-mails at 2:00 am in the morning. In his free time Guy enjoys going to San Francisco Giants and 49er games, movies and computers.

Guy has a undergraduate business degree from San Francisco State and also holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Operations. He currently resides in San Francisco , CA .
